No Show and Cancellation Policy

Policy for Appointment Cancellation and No Show

We are committed to delivering high-quality dental care in a timely manner. To ensure
effective appointment management and accommodate patients in need, we have
instituted a policy regarding appointments and cancellations.

Definition of a No Show:

A No Show refers to a patient who does not attend their
scheduled appointment, changes or cancels the appointment within less than a 24-hour
notice or arrives more than 20 minutes late for the scheduled time.

No-Show Policy:

In cases where a scheduled appointment is missed, we retain the
right to apply a fee of $75 per every half-hour slot reserved, up to a maximum of $600.

Appointment Cancellation:

Out of respect for the dental requirements of other
patients, we kindly request that you promptly inform our office if you are unable to make
your appointment. This time can then be allocated to an individual in urgent need of
dental treatment. Should you need to cancel, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Given the high demand for appointments, early cancellations enable others to access
timely dental care.

Confirmation of Appointments:

As a gesture of courtesy, we make an effort to remind
you of your upcoming appointment via phone, email, or text, typically 1 or 2 days in
advance. If direct communication is not established, a voicemail message will be left.
However, should your mailbox be full, or your line engaged, our attempts to reach you
might be unsuccessful. While we strive to confirm appointments, it is important to note
that the responsibility to uphold the appointment lies with you.
